To ensure a continue flow of skilled work force to the
industries , Industrial Training institute, Vadnagar is
established in Aug-2004 by Govt. of Gujarat.
Vadnagar is a new
developing taluka place of Mehsana district in North Gujarat.
In
Mehsana district, a big O.N.G.C project is there. Heavy and
small scale industries are well established in the district in
Pharmaceuticals, Fabrication, Mechanical, Road making machinery
manufacturing , Dairy product and other sectors. Tourism field
is very fast developing at vadnagar , Vaqdnagar is also a
historical place and named in world
heritage.
I.T.I.
Vadnagar was started with five trades and 168 sanctioned seats
and with 21 sanctioned staff .In Aug-2005,We have
started Apparel park operator training center with 100 seats
according to demand of skilled men power of Apparel
industries in nearest future.
Form Aug-2006, we
have got a great opportunity to start a Center Of Excellence
in Automobile sector. An another new building will be
constructed for Center Of Excellence in I.T.I campus.
Our I.T.I staff
is hard working with a full involvement in training to
achieve the goals and targets given by Directorate of
employment and training.
