Our institute is started in august-2004,Now a days we are in rented building we occupied government land of eight acres area and  with the help of  state government fund a new and appropriate building for I.T.I. is made by R.& B. department within two or three months we will be shifted in our own building, Its photographs is shown on main page of this I.D.P.

We have arranged the modular training of B.B.B.T. in this building, but for advance modular training we must have a new building for required space.

So we planned for classrooms, workshops, compound walls, internal road, drinking water and drainage facilities, language lab as a C.O.E. institute with the help of state government fund and central government fund through world bank project.

Goods

(a) Equipment   

      We want to procure some latest and advance machineries which will help to our students to get more placement opportunities in modern industries as technology is being very fast in market comparative to our I.T.I. training. eg. MPFI engines, computerized wheel balancing, computerized engine testing , simulator and trainers in automobile sector. 

     We will increase training facilities in C.O.E. as well as in other trades with the help of advance machineries and equipements.

(b) Vehicle                                                   

     Vehicle will be hired as and when required (for industrial visits and advertisement etc. 

(c) Furniture Total cost     

      Furniture will be procured as per syllabus. We have shortage of furniture in classrooms, workshops and in computer lab. 

(d) Books, Learning Resources and software 

      We want to develop a rich library at I.T.I. with technical books,  training materials, magazines technical and educational C.D.s, MIS software, A.V.Aids and language lab.

Training of staff    

            Training is a continuous process for updating the knowledge of trainers training is a motivation factor also  

(a) Training of Teaching Staff                                      

q       We will arranged training programme for instructor at modern automobile unit,service centre  with help of I.M.C.

q       We will arranged seminar and workshop with help of industrialist and specialized faculties of reputed industries.

q       We will sent technical staff at A.T.I./C.T.I. & other reputed training centre of Government as well as private. 

(b) Training of Non-Teaching Staff 

q        For Non technical staff we will arranged Computer training.

q       We will trained non teaching staff for e'governance.

q       Training on documentation and preservation.

q       Training for M.I.S.

Incremental Operating Costs 

As we are a newly developed institute we have to spend some incremental operating costs like:

(a)    Additional Staff                                         

§         Arrangement of training cum placement officer at institute

§        Visiting faculties for specialized subject

§         Guest faculties for various trades

§         Contractual staff for C.O.E. as per state government policies. 

(b)   Consumables and training Materials          

§         consumable and training materials are required as per syllabus of each modules .

§         Annual maintenance contracts for precision machinery and equipments.
