[1]
TEAM WORK (Staff):-
After visiting
Indo German Toolroom, A'bad, I & my staff thought about a good
teamwork, because a TEAM can do extraordinary works with ordinary
manpower for a predetermined goal. Our goal is to go towards
excellence. We very often discuss & interact about various points
of training, administration, purchase or placements.
After all, we have
to maintain a quality work . In our staff,
"other
is not other, but my divine brother."
[2] To prepare a second raw &
multiskill (staff):-
In infantry of
army, the second raw is always prepared for any kind of emergency.
At our
institute
,"Work
is for all & all are for work."
All the
staff is prepared for any type of work, in spite of out of his
field E.g. our Steno Gujarati C.I is our 'Storekeeper'. Our C.I
(AMR) is a good Computer Operator. So, there is no monopoly for a
person for a particular work & in absence of any staff, other
staff can handle the position.
[3]To produce infrastructure as part
of training:-
With the help of
H.O.'s purchase department's permission , we have made electrical
wiring boards, panel boards, computer tables at our institute,
because affiliation was pending to take. The laboratory was
prepared by our staff & students for apparel park operator
training centre.
[4] Drawing & Posters:-
All our trades
are with technical charts. We have pasted some posters (animation
type ) for industrial safety, to avoid accidents & for good
habits. The poster are purchased from AMA Ahmedabad . We knew
that Baroda Productivity Council, Alkapuri, Baroda has also good
posters for 'safety awareness.' We will purchase from there also.
Thousands of words are equal to one drawing or poster.
[5]Industrial visits & guest
faculties:-
Our students
(mainly C.o.E.) & staff are taking industrial visits & other
institutes' visits very often. "Seeing is the believing."
Some guest faculties are often invited (on 1st & 3rd
Saturday)at our institute to participate the knowledge. I & my
staff are always eager to learn the new things.
[6]Marketing of
Institute (for admission & for Placement):-
Our staff is always in counseling for our marketing. The school
students of near by areas' schools are visiting our institute at
their own time. With help of placement advisory bureau & campus
interviews, we helping the students for placements in different
fields. As an Institute Head, I give some lectures at schools for
vocational training guidance occasionally.
Now a
days, we are in a rented building, but after occupying the new
Govt, own building at Vadnagar, I am sure that we will make some
more of best practices at new building like- frontage
development, gardening , plant layout & industrial safety, etc. |
